Hannah-Ruth’s story brings hope
Hannah-Ruth Spence was born at 24 weeks gestation weighing in at 680gms but is already a social media star.
Josh Spence initially took to Facebook to keep family updated about their daughters progress and rollercoaster ride in NICU. Little did he know their story would be followed by and viewed by thousands of people. Their documented journey has promped other parents of premature babies to reach out and has become a tool for promoting awareness to prematurity.
“It has just been cool to be able to encourage people who are going through hard things that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, even if it is a massive tunnel.”
