Wellington On a Plate – Breakfast with Dr Mojo
Come along and enjoy Wellington on a Plate – Mojo style.
Mojo are once again very kindly supporting The Little Miracles Trust by holding a breakfast extravaganza with a twist.
The Shed 13 Roastery will be transformed into a Martin Bosley greek heritage inspired coffee breakfast banquet.
Sit back and taste Greek Yoghurt Mousse with Thyme Honey or Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder with Skordalia or Ricotta Cake with Poached Fruit and Dr Mojo’s mum’s authentic donoughts. Then enjoy a beautifully prepared espresso coffee, delicious pour-over brew, a single-origin surprise from the Steampumk coffee brewer or the new coffee stout!
All proceeds are very generously donated to The Little Miracles Trust.
