We will only collect personal Information from you where it is needed for a lawful purpose connected with a function or activity of the Little Miracles Trust.

We will collect information from you directly, or from third parties where permitted by Principle 2 of the Privacy Act, or the Health Information Privacy Code. We may also generate personal information about you (for example, when taking notes of services provided etc.).

We collect information about you or your baby in person, online through the Little Miracles Trust website (, by post, by phone, when you make a donation or purchase from our online store, register as a volunteer, or when you use our services, or participate in research.

We may also collect information from third parties where you have authorized us to do so, or where the information is publicly available.

Uses and Disclosure:

• volunteer recruitment
• creating a financial donor database

How To Make a Privacy Complaint If You Feel Your Privacy Has Been Breached:
