Generous donation from six Lions Clubs in Taranaki
The Taranaki Neonatal Parent support group recently received incredible donations from six local Lions Clubs. This contributed to purchasing four specially designed hospital grade nursing chairs for the Neonatal Unit at Taranaki Base Hospital.
Each of the Posture Perfect nursing chairs is worth about $700.
Special thanks to the clubs involved; Okato, Waitara, Inglewood, Bell Block Puketapu, Bell Block and Districts, and New Plymouth Egmont. Each of the clubs did their own fundraising projects to raise money.
We are forever grateful to receive such support and donations. We really appreciate how much the Lions Clubs have helped out, making the feeding transition for all the mum’s who experience a neonatal journey that much easier.
