Breakfast with Dr Mojo
The Little Miracles Trust are once again the grateful recipients of Mojo’s support.
On 21 August, as part of Wellington on a Plate, Mojo hosted a breakfast extravaganza with a twist. Their Shed 13 Roastery was transformed and hosted a Martin Bosley prepared greek heritage inspired coffee breakfast banquet.
Those who went along enjoyed Greek Yoghurt Mousse with Thyme Honey, Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder, Skordalia and Ricotta Cake with Poached Fruit and Dr Mojo’s mum’s authentic doughnuts. Then, of course, they were served some wonderful coffee! (beautifully prepared espresso coffee, delicious pour-over brew, a single-origin surprise from the Steampumk coffee brewer or the new coffee stout).
The Little Miracles Trust were supposed to get the profits from the breakfast, but unbelieveably Mojo then also covered the costs – an unexpected and terrific surprise. The breakfast raised an incredible $4,500 for The Little Miracles Trust.
