The Trust produces a number of publications for parents, including this
            guidebook.

Because all of the Trust members have been there, done that, we do
understand all that you are feeling and what is ahead of you. We are always
available for a chat, and to offer tips on how to get through what is a very
            difficult and personal time.

Our phone numbers are available from the Trust office or Unit staff. Please
don’t hesitate to call as often it is reassuring to talk to someone who has
            lived through it.

            How can I help?

Anyone can help with the work of the Trust and the Trust accepts all offers
of help and support. Often people think “I have to give a donation”. While a
donation would be wonderful, the Trust is about people and would like to
extend an invitation to you to become involved with the Trust’s work.
You can help in many ways, such as:

Helping with fundraising or giving a donation
                   Coming to meetings

Knitting and sewing, remember all knitting needs to be 100%
                   wool.
