Jadey Drury
National Service Delivery Manager
Jadey joined the Little Miracles Trust in 2019, but her connection to the organisation began long before that, following the early arrival of her son Frankie at just 28 weeks in 2016.
As a first-time mum, far from home and navigating one of the most challenging times of her life, Jadey experienced first-hand the comfort, understanding, and kindness that comes from being supported by people who truly “get it.” That experience stayed with her, quietly shaping the path she would later follow.
Now a proud mum of two – Frankie and her youngest Ivy – Jadey brings warmth, heart, and authenticity to everything she does. Originally from the UK, she has called Aotearoa home since 2012, where she has built both her life and her whānau.
In her role as National Service Delivery Manager for the Little Miracles Trust, Jadey feels incredibly privileged to lead a team of Family Support Coordinators who walk alongside whānau across all six tertiary NICUs in New Zealand. For her, this mahi is more than a role – it is deeply personal. She understands the fear, the uncertainty, and the importance of celebrating every small win, because she has lived it.
Jadey leads with empathy, connection, and a heartfelt commitment to ensuring no family feels alone during their neonatal journey.
